Hey LL, from my knowledge, normally on the rear of your sub there should be an input for your front speakers and an output for your passive satellite, tower or bookshelf speaker but also note, with this speaker configuration you will need two passive subwoofers, one each for the left and right channel.

Use an subwoofer cable between the Bose receiver and Klipsch subwoofer. Set the Klipsch dials/switches per the recommended settings in the R-100SW manual. Set the crossover frequency in the Bose receiver - here are recommended settings from the Klipsch R-100SW manual. "As a general rule, for larger, floorstanding speakers, set the crossover point between 50Hz-90Hz. If using small bookshelf or “satellite” speakers for the mains, set the crossover point between 90Hz-150Hz. The smaller the speaker, the higher the setting until the bass frequencies blend well between the speakers and your subwoofer once your system is completely hooked up." Run the Bose setup program (if available) for initial level and equalizer settings, and then fine tune until it sounds good to you.
