It depends on how much you paid for your Martin Logan speakers and how much you want to spend on a subwoofer. Subwoffers can cost from $150 to over $3000. The more expensive subwoffers come with a calibrated microphone to accoustically tune them to your listening room. After that you tune your receiver (if it has a calibrated microphone) to the room with all speakers operating. A good rule of thumb is to buy a subwoffer that costs at least the price of one of your Martin Logan speakers. My subwoofer cost the price of both sterio speakers (combined) and came with a calibration microphone to tune just the lower frequencies.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The Klipsch subs are excellent speakers, clean and clear. The controls and outputs allow you to match them with most anything. Incidentally, I've owned several sets of Klipschs including a set of the granddaddy, the Klipshorn. I've never been disappointed. I recommend you try them.
