• A:Answer Recordings can be deleted in two ways: 1. Connect the hidden sound recorder to your computer, open the “RECORDED” folder, and delete the files in that folder. 2. Use the secret delete function available from the earbuds. Note: The reset button will not delete recordings from the sound recorder.

• A:Answer In the best case scenario of a quiet environment, a loud conversation up to 20 feet away can be recorded by the KT1000 mini voice recorder. Without loud background noises or vibrations, 5-10 ft away from a normal conversation is expected to be picked up fine.

• A:Answer You can delete recordings from your voice activated recorder by connecting the audio recorder to your computer, opening the “RECORDED” folder, and removing the files you no longer need. Alternatively, you can use the earbuds by pressing and holding the play/pause button for 20 seconds until the red and blue lights flash, then pressing the fast forward button to confirm and delete all recordings. If you do not press the fast forward button within 10 seconds, the deletion will be canceled. Please note that pressing the reset button will only restore factory settings and will not delete your recordings.

• A:Answer The distance at which this audio recording device will pick up clear audio totally depends how loud the noise you are trying to record is and where the recorder has been placed (i.e. is it attached to a chalkboard in a classroom or in a pocket?). 10 ft as a general rule of thumb I would say though, all other factors held constant.
