However, due to the size and weight of our massage chairs, we provide an upgraded delivery experience for our customers. For the KZ-A18 model, we offer complimentary Inside Delivery. This means the carrier will contact you in advance to schedule a convenient delivery appointment and will bring the chair inside your home - so you can rest assured your chair won’t be left outside unexpectedly. Once your order has shipped, we will provide tracking information and continue to monitor the delivery every step of the way to ensure everything goes smoothly.
