Have you checked the app. There are settings that disable the touchpad for security. It can be turned off for vacations and things like that
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.To ensure the Halo Touchscreen is responding follow these steps in order: 1. Open the door and lock it. Remove the interior assembly of the lock and check that the cable is securely plugged in from the touchscreen to the interior assembly. 2. Reattach the interior assembly and complete the Handing Process with a fresh set of batteries: https://www.kwikset.com/support/answers/my-smart-lock-is-giving-me-a-jam-error 3. Make sure the lock is programmed with the Access Codes and test the touchscreen by pressing the screen with the palm of your hand. 4. If a few random numbers appear, this means your Secure Screen feature is enabled. Press the those numbers to see all the numbers on the screen. If you'd like to disable this feature, you can do so in the Lock Settings screen within the Kwikset app.
