• In theory, yes. Just like if someone stole your physical keys, they could access your house (assuming they know where it is).

• Kwikset Model: 99250-201 may be activated with the phone within 30 feet of the lock. If the phone was stolen the person must know when the address is to use the app on the lock. This would mean the home address would need to be on the phone.
