Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I can answer half of that question. "NO". Nest is a wifi device, and the 914 is a Zigbee device. More specifically, the 914 ZIGBEE lock does NOT run on standard WiFi. It requires a Zigbee hub and a compatible (monitored) monthly security service subscription, such as Time Warner Intelligent Home. Nest is a WiFi device that does not require a monthly service. You can use both in the same house, but I am not aware of any software that will see both of them at the same time. (Harmony Hub may be the an exception -- you can buy a Harmony Hub Controller AND a Harmony Zigbee extender.)
