QuestionI see the L track is only 41'', is it long enough for 6 feet person?

- Answer I am exactly 6 feet tall and I feel a bit cramped in this chair (specifically - my shoulders). Also I wish the leg extension pulled out a bit more so that my knees would go all the way down in the massage area.

QuestionI would assume the provided measurements of the chair, which are height = 53.3", width = 55", & depth = 34.5", refers to the box size it is delivered in and not the actual dimensions of the installed chair. If not, what size is the box please?

- Answer The chair is delivered in 3 separate box's. Those are the dimensions of the chair it's self.

Questiondoes it has a 3D body scan function? what is the max body weight that chair can accommodate. there is a difference between best buy and Kyota web site. is it 300 lbs or 330 lbs? is this the Kaizen model or a different model 680?

- Answer This is a very nice massage chair that I believe does do 3-D scanning and should accommodate at least 350 pounds and it is the M680 model for $2000. I thought it was a good deal and I’m very happy with it for the price you pay is actually worth it because if it has health benefits, then it more than pays to avoid medical costs down the road.
