“Are replacement parts available? There are 2 small tears on the pad of the right armrest of my chair. See attached. Can I order a replacement part, or is there a warranty? I bought the chair 2 years ago.”

I called True Innovations Customer Support at the number given here. They put me on a waitlist for the required part and I've received a confirmation email with my correct model number (45783). VERY kind, knowledgeable representative. five stars.
