Can the right-sided features be moved to the left OR is there a left-handed option? null

On the bottom of the desk, there are pads to cushion your legs. There is a wider cushion at the top vs the bottom. If you flip it - -it will be reversed. It should work, but you might need and extra little pillow under it to compensate.

I only saw the only option in the store. Maybe there is something online that you can buy? with the wrist rest i don't know that you could use it in the reverse position (bottom side up)

They can't be moved, you'll have to look for lefty version.

Mine is definitely for right side user only. Don't know if there is a left hand version available.

I can see the right-sided features can't be moved and I have not seen a left handed option for lefties (like my husband). I have loved the desk though. Hope that helps.
