Absolutely. It fit my 16 inch MacBook Pro with mouse and separate number keypad. Also has an iPhone holder .

It should -- it's fairly wide. The only issue I find is I have to put a small pillow on my lap to angle it up alitte more. Otherwise, it works fine.

Not sure of dimensions of MacBook, but the area where the laptop/MacBook would sit measures approx 15" wide by 12" deep.
