Is this heater cool to the touch ? null

For the areas not blasting heat yes, you can pick it up and move it without worrying about hurting yourself.

Yes, including the plastic mesh front.

Yes except where it expels heat it’s very hot not pet or child friendly

Using the handle on the back it's easy to move around even when on. The grill on the front can get darn hot though.

Cool except on the screen in front of the heater/fan. Not surprisingly, gets warm there.

Only the front gets hot. Wouldn't touch the grill after it's turned on. The rest is plastic and has a handy notch at the top to carry it.
