What does open box mean ?? Is this pre used ?? null

Returned item or someone wanted to see what it looked like

Not always sometimes it can just get opened up in the store to see the product totally nothing wrong with an open box . I buy most all my stuff and it says open box and I have no problems.

brand new have to put together but easy to do so

Open box is usually an item that has been on display or returned unused as far as I know.
