We ask that you please try the following troubleshooting. In most cases, the problem is resolved by doing a simple reset of the unit. Please unplug the unit for approximately 15-minutes. Please also try plugging into a different plug in a different room after allowing the item to sit unplugged for the recommended 15-minutes.
