• Not really sure what you mean by "Sliding Windows". If you are referring to a window unit that travels left and right in the window frame, this unit is probably not the correct fan for your application. I have this fan installed in a double-hung window (window unit moves up and down vertically in the frame) and am extremely satisfied with the fan assembly. I would check with the manufacturer to see if installation in a "sliding window" would work for you. Hope this helps. Good Luck.
