“I want it assembled when it arrives at Best Buy in Lancaster Ohio. I don't see that option at checkout, or when it's in my cart. For that reason, I put in under my "Save for later" option. If someone can add the assembly option, I would buy it. Thanks!”

Hello, Thank you for reaching out! Because our bikes ship directly to Best Buy in a box from our warehouse, pre-assembly at the store isn't an option we can add to the online checkout. To see exactly what we mean, we highly recommend heading over to YouTube and typing in the specific bike model you are looking at followed by the words "First Ride Video" (for example: Lectric XP4 First Ride Video). That official video will show you exactly what it looks like straight out of the box so you can see just how quick and easy it is to get rolling.
