My came with out the Pannier Bags. I do feel that Best Buy is doing a bate and switch. Not cool and probably not legal either.

I talked to the store personal about the misleading text on the XL Panniers. I will give an update when I go to LOOK AT THE BIKE. I did notice Corporate Lectric is now adding the XL Panniers to the free accesories maybe a coincidence Robert
