The Porsche Taycan does not use a J1772 charging connection. Instead, it has a CCS (Combo) port for DC fast charging and a Type 2 (Mennekes) port for AC charging in most markets, including the U.S. The Lectron Tesla to J1772 Adapter allows J1772 EVs (like Chevy Bolt, Ford Mustang Mach-E, etc.) to charge at Tesla Destination Chargers and Tesla Wall Connectors (not Superchargers). However, the Taycan is not compatible with this adapter because it does not use J1772 for charging.
