Best Buy does not use an appropriate shipping box to ship LEGO. The LEGO boxes are relatively then and don't hold up to the wear and tear of shipping.
My set arrived smashed and torn. The hole was big enough to allow LEGO pieces and the instruction booklets to fall out. Getting an incomplete set is a huge disappointment.
