No. You get one random figure for the 4.99 spot. The packs are however scannable with certain apps to determine who is inside so if you only want a specific one it would be preferable to go in person. In order to get a full set you would need to scan until you set aside all 12. If you bought 12 of these online, changes are you will not get all 12 different figures.
