The trooper pack appears to be available on day 1 for all digital pre-orders, both standard and deluxe. If you pre-order the deluxe physical edition the pack will be available 1 month later I believe at no cost. If you pre-order the standard physical edition the pack will be available to buy separately 1 month later.
