“Can this be used on the interior of an exterior wall? I'm trying to mount a TV in our living room and the wall is an exterior wall. I assume as long as I'm mounting on the interior side of the wall it ok. Please confirm.”

I did it but it was a pain with the insulation. Fishing the wire and HDMI cable down past the insulation can be difficult -- especially if the insulation is tight. If you're not sure, pay the bux to Best Buy. They have the right tools to do it. Good luck.
