• Double check volts/mAh capacity of the current battery; also check the current battery for identifying stickers just to make sure you haven't left off any identifying numbers/letters that'll help you find a replacement. Sorry, but if the Product Information list of the potential replacement doesn't list your series, I wouldn't buy it. You could end up with more problems than what you started with! The one you're questioning doesn't indicate that it's an optional replacement for yours.

• These questions amaze me. I'm not a salesperson nor a computer expert ! My laptop is a Pavilion dv7-6135dx. The battery pictured resembles the one that I purchased. It's obviously working or I wouldn't be sending this. You will have to try it - as I did.
