• Yes it does. I have had it for a week now and I cannot see any difference. The bigger screen is a plus.

• Not the same exact features. The Lenovo has a camera and better speaker system. There are some software updates to come for Lenovo that the Google Home Hub has already (drop down quick access panel). They both have ambient light sensors to adjust screen brightness.
