No, there is no built in CD/DVD drive within this device, but you can easily add an external CD/DVD drive to this system by just plugging in to a USB port on the device. No, it has 3 USB ports and one micro SD card slot. You would have to attach a separate CD/DVD drive. You can upload data from full-size SD cards if you use a reader adapter that plugs into the USB port. I've done that.
