“I just can’t believe you guys or anyone else have never tried to update a GPS on this laptop? It’s a simple question with a run around answer, very disappointed with the “ask a question “ guess I’ll buy it and try it, and if it won’t I’ll bring it back,”

I would not reccomend this laptop for that use

I had a major complaint with this and I am an awards member and still never bothered to call me back upon request and yes a negative review. DO NOT BUY FROM BEST BUY UNTIL THEY LEARN CUSTOMER RESPECT....at least concerning their low end lap tops.
