Yes, the Lenovo C330 Chromebook is compatible with a cell phone, WiFi Hotspot. RAM is soldered to the motherboard and can not be upgraded. You can use either a WiFi 2.4GHz wireless mouse or a Bluetooth 4.1 compatible wireless mouse.

Ram and internal storage are fixed. You can use USB and SD cards for more storage if needed. What brand memory card works with this? Really any brand will work. Buy from reputable stores though. Lots of counterfeit cards out there. Also, is there a specific brand of wireless mouse that is compatble with this laptop? No specific brand needed here either. It has a usb port so you can use any that require the little dongle, and it has Bluetooth, so any Bluetooth mice will work too!
