“I just received this Chromebook yesterday and am unable to download any apps. I called Lenovo support twice and have been told that I have to return it and they cannot help me over the phone. Why will this machine not download apps?”

Not sure. About crome operating system but I had a Lenovo laptop and Lenovo support is terrible sad to say. Good luck Better off with HP or Asus brand. Good luck.

Also, check the amount of hard drive space required by the APP you are trying to install. This device has a 32GB solid state hard drive. Check to see how much available hard drive space you have before trying to download the APP.
