“I am trying to hook up to monitors. The monitor that I am plugging in to the HDMI is not turning on. Can anyone help?”

• The graphics card on this system, the AMD Radeon R7 350 graphics card, can only handle one monitor at a time. This is the HDMI-out port. The VGA adapter is directly connected to the processor and the graphics processing integrated within the AMD FX processor. When the VGA port is in use, the HDMI port will not work. If you unplug the VGA monitor, I believe you will see that the HDMI port will now work.

• I installed my MS Office 2010 on my Win 10 with no issues whatsoever. Works as before.

• If you're trying to use the HDMI port on the backplate of the computer the answer is no, as integrated graphics is not supported. The only two monitor options are to use the HDMI and the VGA ports on the supplied video card.
