This system has Bluetooth 4.0. Be sure that the device you are trying to pair with this system is Bluetooth 4.0 compatible. If the device is an Apple product, it probably is not compatible with Bluetooth 4.0. Be sure that Bluetooth is turned on, on this system: HOW TO TURN ON BLUETOOTH ON A WINDOWS 10 SYSTEM: 1.Use the Windows + I keyboard shortcut to open the Settings app. 2.Navigate through Devices and go to Bluetooth. 3.Click on the peripheral you want to disconnect, and click the Remove button and then click Yes to confirm.
