“I bought lenovo edge2 two days ago. However the computer can not pass "hi there" page. Always after restart, same page is coming. What can be wrong?”

• We had a similar issue and we took it to the geek squad and they fixed the problem also check to see if you wifi hard drive is in stalled

• Try settings and make sure hello is turned off and use password or four digit password

• It's not a very good laptop. I'd say return it before it's too late. I did.

• Return it! I had mine for 2 hours before having to return it. It failed the hardware check right out of the box.
