“We bought the Edge 2 but cannot get any stylus to work with it, including capacitive ones. We want to be able to draw directly on the screen with paint tool sai. I see mixed reviews regarding stylus usage. Has anyone been able to successfully draw on it?”

Be sure the touch function for the screen is turned on. Test it with your finger, if you can interact with the screen by touching it with your finger, a non-active capacitive touch stylus will take the place of your finger and work. This system will not work with an active capacitive touch pen. A simple, rubber tipped non-active capacitive touch stylus is what you can use.
