• Nope. It runs on Chrome OS. You can likely use MS 365 online, but this is not a Windows device.

• No. It is a Chromebook. That is operating system (OS). Windows is another kind of OS, which runs on a different kind of machine. And costs a lot more, plus all of the subscriptions to software and services that you have to pay to keep them safe and running.

• No, this runs ChromeOS, not Windows. I don't think it's possible to install Windows on it, and if you somehow did, I guess it would probably work poorly.
