There could be drivers on your system that need to be updated. You can follow the link below to Lenovo.com support-drivers and look for new driver updates for BIOS, mouse and keyboard. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the same issue. Found if you 'wait' a couple minutes when first turning on or when clicking on new site/app/email, etc mouse should work; computer is extremely slow uploading information.
