“I bought the Flex 5i open box excellent and the box arrived damaged. The screen looks okay until you turn it on and you can tell it was damaged from shipping. The whole screen has light bleeding. Also, it doesn't include charger. Can this be replaced?”

I also bought the open box Flex 5i but I was very lucky. The content of the box was complete and there was no damage to the computer itself. I guess it is a gamble to order open box computers.
