“I purchased this monitor to go with my Xbox Series X. As I am plugging it into the Series X it is locked at 60.0HZ. As soon as I plug it into my work laptop it goes up to 144.0HZ. I am using the same HDMI cable. Why am I unable to get 120.0HZ on the Xbox?”

• The Lenovo G25-10 Monitor ships with a HDMI 1.4 version port. Check the requirements of your gaming console.
