Yes, this system has both VGA and HDMI video out ports.

Yes. I hooked up a Samsung LCD monitor (vga plug) and a Samsung 26" LCD television (hdmi plug). Monitors run at different resolutions (no problem), I extended the desktop, have taskbar on just one display (settings). I can drag open windows back & forth across displays.

yes: you can use both HDMI and VGA at same time for dual monitors or extended display.

Has HDMI out and VGA also so you should be able to run 2 but check with the manufacturer
