A:Answer Smart TV's have evolved a lot! in the past years. If you have one of the latest models, while connected to your network via Wireless os Wire, it will be available as a display to connect to Windows 10. I noticed, some TV are more friendly than others. You should be able to open Display Settings on the PC and extend or clone your computer desktop to the TV. When the Smart TV is network friendly, it will be listed as a media server, and there will be an action to send the video playing to the TV. Also, Samsung may have Chrome Cast built in, or some models even allow airplay, so you can stream from Apple devices directly to the Samsung TV. Windows 10 is designed to Cast, Stream or Extend Desktop to a Smart TV if TV model allow those functions.
