“This model came up when I Google'd "4K All In One PC." I was planning using this for watching Netflix & Amazon video in 4K (what's available in 4K at least) and playing my Xbox One S on it. Would this support that? Or would I need a higher end AIO PC?”

The maximum resolution this system can support is 1920x1080 (FHD). You will be able to stream movies on this device (just no at 4K resolution). There is an HDMI-In port to connect a Xbox device too.
