• If possible, try testing the keyboard on a different computer. If it doesn’t work you have your solution.

• The Lenovo IdeaCentre A340-22 All-In-One system ships with a wired keyboard and mouse. Be sure the USB cable is attached to the back of the computer and is pushed in all the way. if the issue continues we recommend you call Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686.
