Did you make sure the mouse was “clicked” on? I had the same problem and when I realized there was an on/off button for the mouse it and the keyboard then worked.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There should be a small usb type thing that is inside your mouse next to where the battery goes. Take that usb piece and place it into the back of the computer in one of the usb slots.
