“how do i open the optical drive (DVD+RW)., to load sotware or play a cd,etc? is it the Storage drive door* on the bottom? which I cant get to open,don't see any place else to put in a disc”

• There is small button you push on the left side in the back where the drive is at. Press it and it will release and open the drive.
