• There is some venting on the side so I'd say no. But is very thin and fits in the space with my monitor nicely tucked out of the way. 3.25" wide

• Hey Dave, This IdeaCentre Tower was designed strictly to be used vertically, upright. In theory, if you used the Tower in a horizontal position, you would need to ensure that the vent on the left side if facing up, and that the monitor on top would not obstruct this vent.
