This laptop has Windows S installed by default. It can only download software from Microsoft while in S mode. If the cricket software is from another location it will not download it. You should get a message indicating that. You could disable the S mode feature. Once disabled you cannot put it back into S mode. That is a personal choice of the owner.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Since this is a new purchase, make sure you have enabled downloads and flash player. Also that you have enabled pop ups. If you log in to your design space account through a web browser, you should have a pop up to download the application. If you are still having trouble, make sure design space isn’t experiencing issues of their site or app, because they do update frequently and features are unavailable during that time.
