It depends on the software you're using. I would definitely recommend that if you're planning to use heavier softwares to upgrade the RAM, you can find upgraded RAM absolutely anywhere. Some of them are pretty cheap on eBay. Make sure it matches the model of your device and will fit. Most editing softwares the good ones. Anyway, require you to have at least 16 GB of RAM.
