• Yes I plugged in a USB 3 drive and set up Windows to use it for documents, photos and updates, works just fine!

• It appears to have a USB port. Windows 10 Home supports a plug-in DVD-CD drive on a similar pad that I have, so I suspect this computer will support a USB hard drive on its USB port. It really depends on the operating system, once the USB 2.0 spec is met, which I am sure Lenovo products meet.

• Yes, you can use a USB Flash Drive or a Micro-SD card for added storage.
