• All you need to activate is a Microsoft Account. There is no product key needed.

• Go to the Start Menu (the Windows Key) and click on any of the Microsoft Office icons (such as Microsoft Word, or PowerPoint, etc) and it should walk you through a registration process to activate Office 365.
