• You should be able to, I have Office 2010 Pro on mine. Be sure to uninstall the 365 first, you want to get rid of anything using space that you're not using.

• 365 is preloaded but there's no reason you could not install 2007 so long as you have space on the flash drive. You don't really have 32GB because the drive is partitioned.
