Greetings from the Intel team. Thank you for your question. To ensure that a specific program or game can be run on this computer, at least the software's system minimum requirements must be met; higher specifications might be required for better performance. Visit the Software Developer's website to know the system requirements and compare them with the Laptop specifications. For detailed information about the Intel® Core™ i3-1215U Processor, visit: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/sku/226269/intel-core-i31215u-processor-10m-cache-up-to-4-40-ghz-with-ipu/specifications.html Thank you for choosing Intel! Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi, Kelly. While this IdeaPad isn't designed with gaming in mind, depending on what games you're trying to play, it could work for that purpose. For example, based off the system requirements that are listed on this EA webpage for Sims 4 (https://help.ea.com/en/help/the-sims/the-sims-4/the-sims-4-system-requirements/), with lower settings, this IdeaPad could run the game since it aligns with their minimum system requirements. However, you will need to switch the device from Windows 11 Home in S mode to standard Windows 11 Home. Here is a link to a Microsoft webpage that shares how to do so (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/windows-10-and-windows-11-in-s-mode-faq-851057d6-1ee9-b9e5-c30b-93baebeebc85 can) Hopefully this helps, and please let us know if you have any other questions.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Probably, but why take the chance of a pig in a poke? Check the SIMS website for recommended hardware specs and KNOW.
