• Hey quiet, yes, the system comes with Windows 11 in S mode preinstalled, but it can be switched to standard Windows 11 Home.

• Yes. Windows 11s can be removed. Simply search for it on the internet and you'll find the procedure. I think Windows 11 in s mode simply meant you could only download apps from the Microsoft store. The store and it's apps are supposed to be secure.
